Future coffee?

Last week i had the change to do a presentation in �Living Tomorrow�.
Living Tomorrow (also known as the house of the future)
Is a modern building in Amsterdam.
It�s sponsored by a lot of company�s like Hewlett Packard, Philips and
Sara Lee, Douwe Egberts. They show their future products there.

During the participants meeting they gave us (Douwe Egberts) the change to talk about
our company. And because it is the house of the future, my presentation was about the coffee of the future.

But what can you say about coffee of the future?
I talked about quality, passion, tradition, technical skills etc.
Of course I showed the audience how we, �baristi� prepare our espresso and latte�s.
Everybody was very enthusiastic. Most of people never drunk an espresso or cappuccino like that before.

So all I did was talking about the traditional way of making espresso with an espresso machine.
But for most people this is still future coffee�
