It’s good to see that more and more people find a job as a professional barista.
A lot of competitors out of the DBC (Dutch Barista championships) are working in the espresso business now.
Our latte art champ Michel Buis is a coffee trainer for a small but real nice roaster called ALGRA.
Moniek (competed in 3 Dutch finals) works as a barista trainer (and more) for MobiCcino. www.mobiccino.com
They have a few beautiful Piaggio APE 3-wheel scooters from Italy and transformed them to mobile espresso bars. With their La Marzocco and Mirage machines completed with the Mahlkonig grinders are they the perfect solution for events and parties.

That looks like the perfect job to have in the summertime! to be able to drive wherever one wants to spread the joy of espresso.

Xander described this to me, but I didn’t picture it to be this cool looking. Would be nice to have one of them scooters.
