reverse latte??

I’ve found a nice picture of a strange latte art.
Believe me, I tried a lot of times but i doesn work for me.
I think he started with foamed milk in the cup and after that he poured his (double) espresso in the milk jug.
Then it should be possible to pour the milk-espresso mix in to the milk in the cup…
It should be working but not for me…
