Working as a barista, I often meet people with a lot of knowledge about espresso. At least, that’s how they present their self.
The way they talk about it and the self-confidence they have, can make me feel very uncomfortable.
But do they tell the truth? Is there a truth in the world of espresso?
Some things are proven, but there are many many things discussable!

I will recommend you to read this, because it is exactly what I go through every day.

Ofcourse, we often meet people with some knowledge. And sometimes they like to share their knowledge with us. Those are the goody’s in the business. Because sharing knowledge is the only way to make us better and make new baristi enthousiastic!
